• Indicative Nature of Fees: Published tuition fees are intended as indicative benchmarks. Schools frequently adjust fees based on approved KHDA/ADEK fee framework indexes, optional extracurriculars, school bus transport, uniform charges, and capital levies.
• Final Verification: Families must confirm formal, binding fee schedules and registration charges directly with the respective school admissions office prior to signing tuition contracts.

For accredited schools participating in our Verified Partner ($149/mo) or Featured Partner ($299/mo) tiers:

• Verification: Claim requests are only approved for authorized school representatives using valid institutional domain email addresses.
• Billing & Cancellation: Monthly partner subscriptions can be modified or cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice.
• Lead Integrity: Schools agree to handle parent inquiries in full compliance with regional privacy laws.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademark Nominative Fair Use

All proprietary algorithms, composite EduGCC scores, directory taxonomies, and software code on EduGCC.com are the exclusive intellectual property of EduGCC. Automated scraping, data harvesting, or mass mirroring of our school database without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Trademark Attribution Notice: All school names, educational brand marks, and institutional logos displayed on EduGCC are the registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their presentation on this platform is solely for nominative fair use, identification, and non-confusing public directory reference, and does not signify sponsorship, corporate partnership, or endorsement by the trademark holders unless formally designated under a verified partner tier.

6. Currency, Taxes & UAE VAT Compliance

All advisory consultation fees and institutional partnership subscription fees are priced in United States Dollars (USD), with UAE Dirham (AED) values displayed for user convenience. Where applicable pursuant to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2017 on Value Added Tax, statutory 5% UAE VAT will be charged on applicable commercial consulting and advertising services.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
